The DBRS Welcome Package was created to improve the client onboarding experience. The package consolidates information from the company's website and various onboarding documents into one standard starter package that can later be customised for the client during the initial pitch. Throughout the design process, the one-pagers went through various changes. The initial design had little visual contrast and too many images. It was eventually parsed down to the need-to-know information, and high contrast banners were added for easy reading.
